Sara was fantastic to work with both on the phone and in person. I called for a specific device my wife needed right away and Sara was able to ask the right questions on the model number and size. After a very brief hold, she found it and had it ready for me at the counter when I picked it up 20 minutes later. While the phone call was excellent, the experience in person was even better.
