Verizon Authorized Retailer – Cellular Sales at 1190 University Avenue STE A, Rochester, New York.

I went in with a severely damaged iPhone 6 and walked out with an iPhone X plus insurance and a phone case. I was there for roughly 4 hours because the iCloud sync was taking FOREVER, but Brandon, the sales rep, was amazing and helpful and absolutely hilarious. I have to go back tomorrow to finish up some transfer stuff, but the customer service made everything worth it. I would recommend this store, and Brandon specifically, to anyone looking to change phones or have a good customer service experience. Never going back to the Apple Store!!! So much less of a headache!!!
