Sears Hometown Store at 1601 Penfield Road Unit 34, Rochester, New York.

Guy in store had a horrible attitude. An got very snotty with me when I wanted look at the 70 dollar tool b4 I purchased it. Just to make sure it was the right size an had all parts in box that it was supposed to come with. Can say I will not return to this store. I will travel farther from now on for better an decent service. I suggest the owner should look farther into their employees attitudes towards customers. It's very rude an disrespectful.

I've had 3 major purchases with this store and all have been great. The first was purchasing all of the kitchen appliances for a new home. Courtney walked us through all of our options, gave us notice on upcoming sales, and did everything she could to give us the best price.

I also just bought a new lawn mower. I'm a researcher when I make a purchase and I made a few visits to check them out and ask questions and whether I was dealing with Mark the owner or any of his employees, they always had good working knowledge of the equipment to help me narrow down my choice and a lot of patience as I figured out what I needed. I've had nothing but positive experiences here and will keep going back to talk to people who know what they're talking about rather than a person who just happens to be in that section of the store when you have a question.
