Scott's Hallmark Shop at 1601 Penfield Road, Rochester, New York.

I was in town for a wedding and needed a simple gift as I'm a student and wanted to keep it at a reasonable price. This place has all the bells and whistles you would need from a hallmark store. My only hesitation was when I asked what type of bag my purchase would be placed in, I was hoping for a pretty one to by pass the cost, she rudely said in plastic and that gift bags were in the back. But she redeemed herself by being super sweet at check out and gave me a few sheets of gift tissue paper! I appreciate the extra touch of customer service.
