I had an amazing experience under Dr. Ruckert's care! I had to have a tooth pulled as I woke up in excruciating pain one morning and ended up getting an "emergency" appointment here. Dr. Ruckert explained the process to me, made sure I had more than enough novacaine and then quickly went to work. My tooth was out in less than a minute--seriously. His assistant was also so sweet, and she even gave me a fresh rose at the end of my appointment! Then, at the end of the day, Dr. Ruckert called me to check on me and make sure everything was going smoothly. I am SO impressed by these people! Highly recommend!
