It was about time to seal my driveway again, so I contacted Northeastern Sealcoat through their web form to get an estimate. I don't recall how long it took to get a response, but it was very quick. The quoted price was a great deal.

They called and emailed the day before they were to seal it. We had to reschedule due to inclement weather, but it was no hassle at all. I wasn't home to see the work done. The edges are clean and the coat is even. The driveway looks great.

After it dried, I noticed some sealer on my house's new siding...and my house's new trim...and on the garage door. The sealer on the door came off, but the trim and siding are still marked up. The trim is even dented where the sealer marks are. I was hoping to avoid messing up my new siding and trim by hiring someone, but I'm not so sure it was worth it.

They claimed they didn't see the damage after I had called and informed them about it. After sending pictures, contact from them ended.

They refuse to take responsibility for their damage, so this will likely end up in small claims court. Definitely not the deal I thought I was getting.
