Because of this, and that I prefer to shop at locally owned businesses when I can, I shop, gas up and service all my vehicles here.

In general, a 5 Star Rating is warranted. The reason I rated at 4 Stars is that the gas prices here are consistently higher than at other area stations.

The customer service is top notch. Every time we talk to them, they are transparent and to the point about what we need and should expect. Never do we get the impression that they are trying to pull one over on us. We went in to get new brakes on our 2010 ford explorer and later that week, the front driver side wheel was making a funny noise when accelerating. We brought it back and they were so apologetic about us having an issue. They ended up diagnosing the problem which happened to be one of the clamps in the break system. They got it all fixed up and back to us at no cost. We had an additional issue the next week and it was due to rust build up on the same clamp. We brought it back and yet again, they took care of us at no cost. They ended up modifying the piece so it wouldn't happen anymore. This place went well above and beyond our expectations. They have a client for life.
