I have been meaning to write this review for months! My fiancé and I went and visited Bob and his lovely wife in December. We wanted to combine two family rings to create my engagement ring. Bob was very very straightforward with what was (and was not) possible. As someone who doesn't know a lot about jewelry, I was worried about being taken advantage of but Bob was very transparent, direct, and patient in providing me with lots of information. He is truly skilled at his craft. He also worked quickly to turn my ring around so that I could have it to show off for the holidays. He created a really special piece of jewelry that I will wear and cherish for years to come. We have since gone back to have him do additional work and I will be visiting him again shortly for my wedding band. He takes the time to discuss every job with you, big or small. Bob is talented, patient, down-to-earth, and clearly doing what he is meant to do. I am grateful to have found a jeweler that I can rely on and trust. -With much appreciation, Sarah and Dan
