Hidden Creek Townhomes at 36 Charwood Circle, Rochester, New York.

Love living here! Never really had any major issues. And anytime I have they were addressed almost immediately which was a pleasant surprise. 2 months ago I noticed my sink had leaking from the pipe in the cabinet below. Called the office and talked with the receptionist Priscilla, who got my request right into the maintenance guys and they came and fixed it bright and early the next morning! She even followed up with me a few days later to make sure I wasn't having any issues with mold in that area. So refreshing to get such great service from both the office and maintence I couldn't imagine living anywhere else! Not something I've ever received in past rentals!!!

I moved to Hidden Creek a 1 1/2 ago. I thought this was going g to be my ideal place...at first it seen a great place but as some as I moved my belongings in that's when it all started. It started with the rugs.... suppose to be new rugs but for some reason or the other there were fleas in my rugs...I was bitten....the exterminator was called and that problem was taken care off. Then my kitchen pipe came apart and my kitchen floor came up because of the water....then the mold in the bathroom upstairs and on April last year there was a problem with the snow and rain coming through the walls into my finish garage...I have report all this and still til this day my finish garage is not a finish garage...mind you I had another lesk with the kitchen sink...I want to say Thank You to Angel Hernandez....for being prompt in fixing it....it sad to say that the maintenance staff don't take care of a small problem before it becomes huge...and yes I called the office and the emergency number and the office didn't pick up but yet when I went there the receptionist was there...how odd...Two thumbs up for Angel Hernandez!!!
