Hanna Properties at 36 South Goodman Street, Rochester, New York.

I have lived in a more than a few apartments in the Park Ave area over the course of 11 years. Hanna Properties is my favorite. Many of the apartments are similar in this area so it’s the little things that really made me enjoy my apartment more than any other. The property is well maintained. Every aspect including the exterior landscaping and building, the entranceway, hallways, on-site laundry room and especially my apartment. You could smell the fresh paint and the beautiful hardwood floors had obviously just been stained prior to my moving in.

I spoke with the owner personally, and as others have stated on other review sites, he is very fair. I had a friend who felt he was a tough landlord but you know, what? I prefer that. I am too old to be forced to live next to partier post college 20 somethings. The noise is minimal and everything is run really well. I haven’t had a any maintenance requests so I cannot comment on that.

Overall I would recommend Hanna Properties to you, my friends and even family, my sister may be moving into my building.
