Very disappointed in the customer service! for a family owned bakery! Shame on you!!! Waited in line for 45 minutes before the holidays, was patient and everything. As I selected the cookies, girl realizes she placed a few wrong! cookies (3) in the box so she had to redo them, but not before she crushed all the cookies that were already in the box for 3 cookies. Called the manager when I arrived home (with no cookies in my hand) only to hear her say that their employees error is not my error. When I asked her to show some compassion with the holidays, she replied by saying it goes both ways. What???? Maybe your know it all manager needs to get her but out there and train better. Put your cookie where your mouth is! and hope that you don't get treated the same way you treat others in your family owned/operated bakery!
