Very disrespectful for no reason. So I stoped in to have a pair of jeans altered. I wanted them brought in from boot cut to straight fit. Pretty simple. Put the pants on and came out the dressing room and waited quietly. An attendant gestured to an older gentleman to come over and fit me for my alteration. He came over and suggested that I shorten the length of the jeans. I told him I like the length the way it was. No problem so far. He then put a cuff in my jeans and put a pin in them saying I need to cut the length. ?? Now I’m a nice guy so I nicely said no I don’t want to cut the length I just want to bring them in a bit. Without saying another word he stands up, turns his back to me, throws his hands up in the air and says I can’t do this, and goes and sits behind the sewing machine. No explanation, no conversion, no nothing. I look at the other attendant and he just kind of looks at me with this look like he does this all the time. I got my stuff and left. I won’t be going back. I really don’t understand what I did wrong. If he did not want to do the alteration then there is a much better way of saying it. I don’t expect to be catered to if I’m spending my money with you then I would hope to be respected in the process.
