I am not sure what people are talking about on here. I recently moved into the medical arts building and the place is fantastic! I have no issues with maintenance and management. In fact, maintenance has been in my unit three time in the past week to show me how to work things. The building is immaculate and staff helpful and professional.

I'm assuming the reviews on here are from young students looking to rent and abuse the property. Sandra takes great pride in her buildings and the family business and she runs a tight ship-exactly what you want as a working professional paying good monies to rent. Sam the leasing agent is friendly, helpful and gets right back to you.

Security is outstanding. You can't enter or get on any floor in the medical arts building without the key fob.

The units are absolutely gorgeous with fireplaces and hardwood floors. There's a state of the art new furnace and heating and water system. You cannot find an updated historic building in all of Rochester for this price. Parking lot is extremely secure and the location is in the heart of East and Park.
