FedEx Office Print & Ship Center at 1906 Monroe Avenue, Rochester, New York.

I've used their services about 5-6 times in the past. They were ok, but kind of slow. Today I happened to park right in front of the store because I met friends at Panera . I had a small 5 oz package that was already stamped and needed to be mailed. I went in and asked if they would be able to mail it for me. The woman asked a man ( the manager, I think) if that was ok and he said no, I would have to go to the post office. What ever happened to goodwill? I wasn't buying anything that time but I have in the past and presumably would in the future. I said ok and left. Would it have hurt them to accept a 5 oz package from a former customer who is disabled and walked in using a cane? I'll take my business elsewhere.
