Mid-January, Upstate NY, brutal weather, and we're at a -0 degrees. The work crew of 6 were here on time every morning working outside in frigid temperatures right up until quitting time. Some days they were actually singing! They each seemed to know their jobs and executed them in a timely manner. We also were greeted every morning with a "hello" or "good morning". Every step of the way was explained to us. Another semi-crew was brought in to help finish the project. We are satisfied. AK and RK in Hamlin, NY
