I had a house fire the night before I went to pick up my new used car and they bought my family lunch. (Really great food too!) They also surprised us by waving the title copy replacement fee (which of course we couldn't find in the madness of our house that was left) It was such a blessing to have people who care, the manager and our sales guy especially and even Dorschel as a whole! We felt welcome and they provided great service, it is a nice clean environment. Anything I wanted done to the vehicle before I bought it they did without a hesitation, that made us feel like they wanted our business. 5 stars for sure, nothing bad to say!
