I have used Direct Payroll Services for a number of years. I am very pleased with the customer service that their employee Jenna gave my company. She was very detailed oriented and did her best to answer all of our questions, and respond to any problems that came up. She was very easy to work with. She's the type of person that you would want as an employee in your own business.
Despite Jenna's very good customer service, a few things seemed to fall through the cracks with the rest of the company. Whenever I had to deal with anyone else that works there, I felt that I never either had my questions answered or something seemed to go wrong.
All in all, I very much appreciated Jenna's help and concern with my business and helping have it run smoothly as regards to payroll and things alike.
