Awesome service! They'll send you a sample of their papers, and give you well-informed advice if you need help deciding which paper best suits your project (I wish I'd taken even more advantage of their expertise, I was experimenting with a few different looks for my product, and the paper they recommended for one of my print jobs turned out to be one of my favorites!)

There was a bit of confusion when they sent me my hard proof, but they not only gave me 3-day shipping for both a corrected hard proof AND my final order (if/when confirmed) so that I didn't lose any time at all, but they're completely flexible if you accidentally selected the wrong paper, or if you want to add or subtract from your order after the fact.

The prints are high quality and low cost--I don't know of anywhere else that offers giclee prints at a comparable cost. It's worth it to note that they're the type of company that, when their printer messes up and starts printing off tens of extras of your print job, they'll just send you the extras at no additional cost. I'm sure that doesn't happen very often, but it happened for me, and it was such a shocker! I'd definitely recommend them to friends, and I'll definitely come back with my next print job!
