Arby's at 961 West Ridge Road, Rochester, New York.

I am here currently at the moment the faculty is filthy. It smells horrible in here. The whole staff is rude. I’ve paid for my food and I’m sure they’re making it fresh but it smells way to horrible to handle. I wish I was able to post my pictures. But this is absolutely ridiculous. I understand being busy on a Friday but not cleaning not one table, or having napkins, or straws is not okay! As well as they aren’t taking any orders because they’re so understaffed one person. I’ve been sitting here and 5 people came in because their orders are wrong or missing something. AND LIKE I SAID IT SMELLS LIKE A ZOO IN HERE AND ITS FILTHY!
