I was called TWICE and asked to bid on a project he was not the owner of and on the second call as he tried to justify why i should bid I simply stated NO THANK YOU AND HUNG UP. We do not, have not and never will work as a 3rd party to any contractor or management company. It has been my policy for 20 years and will never change. The fact he came here to complain shows everyone WHY we will only work for the Homeowner.
