Fastrac at 375 West Ridge Road, Rochester, New York.

This Fastrac has the misfortune of being located where it is located. Not all staff can be considered in what I'm about to say. 4/11/17 their ability for people to use membership cards were down, but they were able to use a smart phone to allow credit/debit transactions. A lot of people were annoyed, rightfully so. But one staff met this challenge with a smile and was able to defuse several annoyed customers who were being rude jerks from becoming rude-er jerks with a simple smile and friendly response. Take note hood-rats! You can be from the "hood" but have integrity. This gentleman proved it was possible. Wish I had his name to give credit where credit is due.
