When I was about to take delivery of my 2009 Lincoln in Jan. 2010, my husband was in intensive care, without a good prognosis. Tim May went to extraordinary lengths to help me thru the final purchase / take delivery, turn in a rental car process. This level of Customer Service brought me back to Cortese for my 2013 Lincoln,and in particular to Tim. He is an outstanding, caring individual and both he and Dino have ALWAYS gone the extra miles to take care of me. You don't see that very often these days.

I am quite the difficult client when it comes to car shopping. I have researched and visited other dealers all around the county. I came back to Cortese because no where else did I get the same patience. Plus they were able to give me more than I wanted. They went the extra mile, and even helped me bring my rental back. I always feel welcome when I walk in the door. Denise stayed late and worked hard to make a deal and I appreciated that.
